How do I get started?
New customers, simply email us for a order form.
On the form, you will be able to let us know how many discs you are
sending us, what type of discs you are sending us, and how you
would like to pay for the discs once they are repaired.
Will my discs look and play like new when they arrive back?
If the disc is repairable, we can bring the read-side/playing side back
to playing and looking like new again. However we cannot repair poorly
recorded discs, or discs where scratches have passed beyond the
polymer surface of the disc into the data layer of disc.
What happens if I send you us a disc that can not be repaired?
Sometimes discs with cracks, excessively deep scratches, label damages,
etc. may be beyond repair. If such damage is noticed, we will return the
disc ‘as-is’ and will not charge a repair fee. We are not responsible for
damages to discs during the transport or the repair process.
How long does the process take to get my repaired discs back?
Most orders are repaired and shipped out within 72 hours to one
week from receipt. Large repair orders may require a few more
days repair time.
How are shipping cost calculated?
Firstly, you package your discs and pay for shipping of your damaged
discs to us. Once we have repaired your discs, we will then calculate
the shipping costs based on your return instructions
How do I pay for the service?
For the fastest service, we recommend payment by credit card.
We accept Visa and Master Card via paypal. We will also accept
payment by Direct Deposit. Please note discs are not sent back
until payment has been verified.
